AIR645 has completed a phase I clinical trial called “A Phase 1, Single-Center, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study of AIR645 “. The primary outcome of this study was that AIR645 was safe and well tolerated. The study was conducted in two stages; the first stage examining escalating single doses of AIR645; and the second stage examining escalating multiple dose regimens administered over a 22 day period.
